I was delighted with my stay at Swiss-Belhotel. The spacious room with a high ceiling and a stunning view of Ancol made my stay truly enjoyable. The location was convenient, with nearby attractions like Mangga Dua Square and Glodok. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a great variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were clean and new. Staff were always polite.

TV channels had bad reception, buffet breakfast was not very nice. 4 star hotel but 1 star service. Staff were not rude but just not up to the standard. There was some miscommunication with our booking (we arrived late) and 4 of us were not put on the same floor. The deluxe room was worse than the standard room - only difference was the inclusion of a bath tub in the former.

It was truly a good stay. Excellent place for city trip in Jakarta. Availability of the free parking was a plus. Easy access to Halim Perdanakusuma airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away

Poor internet facility. Have to buy a voucher which expires in 24 hours. Lack of instruction as to logging off. No good for the business traveller that needs to work from his/her room.

We enjoyed the spacious room, comfortable beds, and variety of breakfast options. The hotel facilities, including the nice swimming pool and efficient check-in process, added to our positive experience. The staff were also friendly and helpful, making our stay in this city all the more enjoyable.

Great central location - easy to explore the city. Enjoyed the comfortable beds and the delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of variety. The staff was polite, helpful and very accommodating.

Room service can be slow and sometimes requests are forgotten. While the air conditioning system was not always cooling enough, which was a minus during the hot days in the city.

Rooms are clean and good price and a good deal of the hotel staff

Minibar in the room had been closed!! and opened after more calls to room service
